Australian Red Cross

Coming Together to Save Lives

South West Kids Clinic joins forces with the Australian Red Cross every three months to donate blood. Together, we register as donors, including first-timers and regulars, while those unable to donate provide moral support. It is a proud moment for us, contributing vitally needed donations that save lives.

Make-A-Wish Foundation

Supporting Transformative Wishes for Children

Our partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation enhances our commitment to children with critical illnesses. By volunteering and donating, we support their mission to grant transformative wishes, helping bring joy and relief to children and their families during challenging times.

Rotary Club

Building Bikes and Building Community

In collaboration with our local Rotary Club, we combined team-building with community service by assembling bikes for local children in need. During a team day, we completed challenges to earn bike parts, which we built into bikes under professional guidance. This project united our team and provided six bikes to children through the Liverpool Rotary Club.

Steptember

Stepping Up for Cerebral Palsy Research

Our team regularly participates in STEPtember, a competitive and energetic initiative to raise funds for Cerebral Palsy research. Wearing pedometers throughout September, we track our steps daily, culminating in a significant contribution towards research and treatment for early diagnosis and care of children with Cerebral Palsy.

How do we access your services?

Simply call our friendly reception team on (02) 4640 5090. You may get through to our main clinic in Prestons, however ourteam are able to answer any questions and book your child into our Picton clinic over the phone from either location.

What services are currently available at the Picton clinic?

We currently have Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy available by appointment within the Picton area. In the coming new year, we are hoping to extend these services to include Dietetics.

Where is the best place to park?

As we are situated within Picton Mall, you are welcome to park in the underground parking facilities and take the ramped escalator into the mall and use the corridor next to Liquorland to access the back of the complex.

Alternatively, off street parking is also available.

Do you provide offsite visists to schools, child care or our home?

This depends on the needs of your child. Generally most sessions occur inour clinic as we have the range of equipment on hand to trial within the session before recommending an alternative to use at home or school.
We are able to provide one-off consultations to discuss your child’s progress in that setting and collaborate on ways to best support your child at school or home.

How do I book an appointment?

You can contact our clinic directly or via email to discuss your child’s needs. Our reception team will ask quick questions about your child to determine the next steps required.
