Helping Your Child Build Healthy and Confident Eating Habits

We support children of all ages who are facing challenges with nutrition, eating habits, or growth. Our dietitians focus on creating positive food experiences that are realistic, sustainable, and suited to your child’s individual needs.

We provide expert support for:

Gastrointestinal Health

Digestive issues like reflux, constipation, coeliac disease, or IBS can affect how your child feels and eats. These conditions often lead to discomfort, limited food choices, or poor nutrient absorption. Our paediatric dietitians create tailored meal plans to ease symptoms, support gut health, and improve overall comfort. We also work closely with other therapists at our clinic to provide coordinated care that supports your child’s health and development from every angle.

Children living with diabetes or metabolic disorders need consistent support to manage their nutrition and energy levels. Balanced eating plays a key role in keeping blood sugar stable and supporting overall health. Our dietitians can help you and your child understand practical strategies like carbohydrate counting, label reading, and building routines that work with your lifestyle.

Whether your child is underweight or overweight, we provide gentle, evidence-based guidance that focuses on nutrition, not restriction or pressure. Our dietitians work with families to build healthy routines around meals, snacks, and activity. We consider your child’s growth patterns, medical needs, and personal preferences to create a plan that supports progress over time.

Growth challenges can affect energy, development, and overall health, and often need specialised nutrition support to close dietary gaps and boost intake. Our dietitians assess your child’s current intake, medical background, and growth patterns. We create a plan that supports steady, healthy weight gain using practical strategies that fit into your family’s daily routine for long-term outcomes.

Feeding difficulties like sensory sensitivities, food refusal, or highly selective eating can cause stress for both children and parents. We work with your child to gently expand their food range and build positive mealtime routines so your child can become more confident and comfortable around food.

Managing food allergies or intolerances can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to keep your child safe while still meeting their nutritional needs.

Our dietitians create clear, practical meal plans that avoid trigger foods without compromising on growth or variety. We also help families understand food labels, cross-contamination risks, and how to make safe food choices outside the home.

Strategies Our Dietitians Use to Support Your Child’s Health and Development

Our paediatric dietitians offer a wide range of services to support your child’s nutrition and overall well-being. Every plan is developed with your child’s needs in mind, and we work closely with families and our therapy team to ensure consistent, effective care.

Individualised Nutrition Plans

Every child has different nutritional needs depending on their age, medical history, and eating habits. Our dietitians take the time to understand your child’s routine, preferences, and challenges. From there, we develop practical meal ideas that support growth, energy, and overall health, designed to create positive, lasting changes.

Our dietitians assess your child’s intake and guide you on when and how to use supplements safely. We recommend options that are age-appropriate, easy to manage, and suited to your child’s condition.

Our dietitians use proven strategies to modify your child’s diet in a way that supports their health without making meals complicated or stressful. Every change is explained clearly, with simple steps you can apply at home.

Digestive concerns like reflux, constipation, or food sensitivities can affect how your child eats, feels, and grows. We provide clear dietary strategies to support gut health and ease symptoms.

Our dietitians offer practical, family-friendly strategies to help your child achieve steady, healthy weight progress. We focus on nutritious meals, enjoyable movement, and routines that fit into everyday life.

We know that parents play a key role in shaping how children eat. That’s why we provide simple, practical guidance to help you make food a more positive part of your child’s daily life.

We work closely with schools, medical teams, and other professionals to make sure your child’s dietary needs are supported in every setting.
